Don't judge my huge Taylor Swift coffee cup...

If you find yourself unable to get motivated in the morning....or night....without your cup of joe, you'll be relieved to know that a recent Harvard University study found that caffeine really does act as an energy, and more interestingly, a mood booster!  Possibly protecting us from depresssion!  That's what Dr. Michael Lucas from the Harvard School of Public Health says.  I'm not arguing with him.  He's a doctor.
